Office Manager/Operations Coordinator
Role: Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week)

Are you a master of logistics with a heart for home care? Avanta Care is a premier home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Office Manager to serve as our "Operations Command Center."
The Schedule
This is a Part-Time position (30 hours per week). We offer a consistent schedule that provides professional impact while maintaining personal flexibility.
Your Mission
- You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive the care they deserve and our caregivers are supported. Your primary focus will be:
- Scheduling Mastery: Daily oversight of the SwyftOps dashboard to ensure 100% coverage and immediate resolution of "No Show" or late alerts.
- Talent Scouting: Pre-screening caregiver candidates and managing the onboarding pipeline to ensure we hire only the best.
- Admin Excellence: Using Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain clean records, update internal checklists, and manage caregiver documentation.
- System Integrity: Ensuring all caregiver credentials and visit logs are accurate and complete in our system.
What You Bring to the Table
- Home Care Experience: 2+ years in staffing, scheduling, or office management.
- Microsoft Office Expert: You are highly proficient in Excel and Word.
- Software Savvy: Experience with SwyftOps or similar EVV platforms is a huge plus!
- Problem Solver: You stay calm when "Plan A" falls through and can quickly pivot to ensure our clients are never without care
