About Us

We are a trusted home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate and reliable care to our clients. We’re looking for a Client Coordinator with previous experience in the home care field to join our team on a part-time basis. 

Position Overview

The Client Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, including client service coordination, caregiver scheduling, and compliance support. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the home care industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office and client service operations.
  • Schedule caregivers and match them with appropriate clients.
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding new caregivers and monitoring compliance requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and caregiver inquiries.
  • Ensure all procedures and records comply with company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience working with a home care company.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client care.

Schedule

  • Part-time position.

Compensation

  • $15/hour
