Client Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA, 30342
Pay Rate: $15/hour
We are a trusted home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate and reliable care to our clients. We’re looking for a Client Coordinator with previous experience in the home care field to join our team on a part-time basis.
The Client Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, including client service coordination, caregiver scheduling, and compliance support. This position requires strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the home care industry.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office and client service operations.
- Schedule caregivers and match them with appropriate clients.
- Maintain accurate client and caregiver records and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers and monitoring compliance requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client and caregiver inquiries.
- Ensure all procedures and records comply with company policies and state regulations.
- Must have prior experience working with a home care company.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to client care.
- Part-time position.
- $15/hour
