Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our homecare team on a PRN basis. The RN will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, ensuring high-quality, individualized nursing services that promote health, comfort, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-home clinical assessments and develop personalized care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising physician and care team.

  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Document all care and services accurately and timely in electronic medical records.

  • Comply with all state, federal, and agency regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Rhode Island.

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or community health settings.

  • CPR certification (current).

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a home setting.

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Schedule:

  • PRN (Flexible schedule; based on patient needs)

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rates (commensurate with experience)

Compensation: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
